Abstract: | The paper presents the results of our study regarding the influence on swelling index for controlled released mucoadhesive buccal tablets of nebivolol. In this aim there were analyzed three different polymers in various ratios in order to increase the delivery of the drug: hydroxipropylmethylcelullose (HPMC) -types K4M and K15M and Carbomer 940. The profiles studied for these formulations, 4 with each of the polymers showed greater values for HPMC. |
