Abstract: The challenge of responding to major events and disasters work in disasters places enormous pressures on rescuers and it is essential that the needs of people in these groups are not overlooked in the desire to satisfy the demand for psychosocial care. PFA is an approach that is intended to reduce people’s initial distress in the immediate aftermath of traumatic events and foster adaptive functioning.
