Abstract: Articular cartilage repair remains a challenge for regenerative medicine. This review summarizes
our research findings that have been undertaken, with a particular emphasis on those techniques that have been introduced into our laboratory, via in vitro and preclinical studies.
Keywords: osteoarthritis, chondrocytes, flow-cytometry, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine
